Cleaners and housekeepers provide different services, although there are some common elements. A house cleaner typically has a scheduled appointment and dedicated cleaning supplies. Housekeepers, however, offer a full-service to tackle a variety of household duties, including cleaning. Housekeeping can also include restocking care products, making beds, running errands such as grocery shopping, etc. 

Most of our customers prefer to be at present at the time of cleaning especially at the first clean. Regular, weekly or fortnightly customers, however, often choose to leave the keys with their trusted housekeeper. It is entirely up to you.

Yes, we always recommend you choose your own products and equipment to avoid allergic or other hygiene/health issues. Go Organised will use what you use in your home. Our team isn’t responsible for bringing cleaning supplies. 

A job list specific to your home will be created and be subject to ongoing review. Please, feel free to adjust the list to meet current requirements. 

As long as it’s within reason, we can take care of almost all of your cleaning, housekeeping and various errands. There are only a couple of things our professional maids won’t be able to do for health and safety purposes:

  • High point cleaning which would require your maid to stretch above their head/step on something to access the area.
  • Cooking full meals, though we’ll be happy to engage in light meal prep.

You can add any specific cleaning requirements to our standard clean; we will evaluate your needs during the booking process.
