Yes. We coordinate with your removalist to make sure packing and labelling aligns with how items will be transported. We can also recommend trusted local removalists if needed.
Yes! We pack and unpack all the personal items in your home, including clothes, shoes, bathroom products, kitchen items, pantry, kids’ toys, books, and décor. What we don’t do is move furniture or heavy items, that’s a job for a removalist. Think of us as the people who make sure everything is neatly packed, labelled, and put away so your new home feels sorted from day one.
Yes. We’re experienced in helping families and individuals transition to a smaller home. We approach the process with care, helping you decide what to keep, donate, or store.
Yes. Many clients combine our Packing & Unpacking service with a Home Reset at the new property. It’s the best way to start your new chapter with a beautifully organised home.
We recommend booking at least two weeks before your moving date so we can plan the packing schedule properly. For peak moving periods (school holidays, end of year), earlier booking is advisable.
You’re welcome to be there, but it’s not required. Many clients hand over the keys and let us work. We’ll keep you updated and make sure everything meets your expectations.
